Are you done with all this?

Are you done with this weather?

While there is no precipitation in the forecast for this week…

…tonight the mercury is dipping low.

We had a little bit of melt this morning…

….but that white stuff (now it’s really gray) isn’t going anywhere soon.

Call me crazy, but I’m not done yet.

I’m enjoying a slightly less hectic pace and…

…being able to get to those projects on that very long list.

I’m enjoying soaking up my home.

Good for you, Alma. I am feeling less antsy since I managed to get out every 5 days or so! Ran out today and got some errands done. Temp was 44 now it is 32! And dropping lower! xo

I'm happy to hear this! You have a good perspective. I wish some of that would rub off on me!! :)

We must not listen to the same station. I heard precipitation this week. It is what it is! :)

Really cold here again too. I'm with you, love nesting in our home on these cold winter days.

I have great intentions of nesting every day but somehow things keep getting too busy! We are to have some more snow this week too. Hope it is just in the mountains!
It is fun - a lot of women are nesting now and I am enjoying reading their posts!

I am totally done with the weather. I went out yesterday to cut some rosemary and realized we have lost 6 very large bushes that surrounded our deck. I am heartbroken, we have had then for 8 years and they were enormous. I really want to be home too, but I have to get up and force myself out the door to work to support my dish habit. Tomorrow the temp will be 4 degrees. That is really cold for TN. Dianne

I feel the same, not done yet!!! Love this time of nesting, a slower pace, unhurried, not busy except with chores on the long list!!! I do love winter, there is no season more honest or spectacular to me, except for the beauty of Fall!!! Embrace and enjoy....going to be in the minus numbers tonight........

I hope it's done for you soon. I know it's well as dangerous!!! I've been keeping my fingers crossed all week that the Super Bowl is able to go off as planned on Sunday. I didn't pray for it because I didn't think God wanted to hear that! :-)

Pretty shots! It's supposed to snow here today, but when they are calling for usually passes us by. It is c-o-l-d though!

Me too. Working on my long list of inside projects is the only way I can survive winter, especially this one. When I think of all I have to do before it gets nice outside, the winter will be gone before I know it.
